He is way too occupied both with his "normal" job as a cop as well as getting involved with Shadowhunter stuff and Clary. The pack and the other wolves really don´t feel like a high priority for him. Last episode was the midseason, and its noticable, because now a bunch of new characters show up and the story moves in new directions. I like Sebastian a lot, he is interesting, and I think his actor is pretty good. He is also clearly weird, but ehh... at least he helped Izzy? I understand why Jace didn´t tell Clary, he should have, but besides the love triangle stuff with Simon. Telling her would also make her (and him) lose the only family they have left. Jace now once again knows nothing about his parents. And Clary is all alone now too. Her mom is dead, her father is... well... Valentine. And still having Jace, her "brother" there was at least a comfort.
