The end is a bit awkward and weirdly phrased. Essentially Karasuma asked Irina to move in with him in a very roundabout indirect way. "Pray at a shrine because there are no churches near my house" -> if you move in with me you have to settle for praying at a shrine rather than going to church. So they are basically officially a couple now too. Overall I think its a cute little episode. Its nice to see Nagisa´s thoughts about his future and the whole thing with Kayano stressing about the chocolate was cute too.
