Totally on Maias side with this to be honest. Like.... sure its sad for Clary, but it IS objectively better to take her out and eliminate the risk. But Clary is the protagonist so I guess we have to protect her. Raphael and Izzy are really cute together, if you ignore the whole addiction aspect. Like them cooking was a really cute scene. And learning more about Raphaels background. So clearly he has been a vampire for like at least 60-70 years since his little sister is still alive and in her 80s now. Madzie is so cute! And unfortunately easily manipulated. Just think about it, Valentine is using her and being "nice" to her but if his plan succeeds she would be dead too.
