2025-04-09 00:35:10 +0000 UTCI knew last episode would be the Albert thing but I completely forgot how emotional this episode was too. I hate (love) when 911 randomly gives us a whole flashback for a call, like with the mother in this episode or the elderly gay husbands in season 2 that died. The show knows how to rip your heart out. This is a great episode for May, I really didn´t think much about her attempt since season 1, so it´s nice that they brought this back up and allowed May and Athena to grow from it. Hearing that call must feel so surreal, knowing that it was about you. Chimney and Maddie are doing a great job as parents! And it´s nice to see Mrs. Lee again. I needed that closure with Nia too, honestly I get that they want to protect the birthmother´s privacy, but I feel like they should give the option for the mother to allow the foster parents to get information about how the foster child is doing/why it was taken away etc. It feels kinda wrong that Hen and Karen legally aren´t allowed any information.
