I feel bad for Octavia, and I understand why she is upset, I mean, Stolas came to Blitz´s rescue and he THOUGHT he would die in his place, so he was ready to die and leave Octavia permanently to save Blitz. So... he kinda did choose him over her. But she should also recognize how awful her mom is. Her song also directly mirrored the song Stolas sang to her in Season 1 episode 2. "You will be okay" vs "I´ll be okay". Season 1 was fun but VERY episodic, like it focused a lot more on their hit jobs. Season 2 felt much more character driven with backstories and especially the relationship between Blitz and Stolas. I wouldn´t mind getting a few more fun jobs in between, like in episode 10, but I guess we will see. There is definitely a lot of potential with where they can go from here, Millie maybe having a kid, or maybe not wanting one? I could see her just never considering being a mom, or maybe hesitating because their job IS dangerous. Season 3 is confirmed to happen, and we are also getting more shorts in the meantime, but nothing as of yet. I have a feeling their focus might have shifted back to Hazbin Hotel season 2 for now, and I wouldn´t be surprised if that is the next thing we see from this universe.
