So Oliver is originally Charlie and Tori´s little brother. But since it´s a pain to plan around child actors he was cut when they made the show. But it´s cute they gave him this cameo now and made him their cousin instead. Definitely not nearly as emotional as the first 4 episode, but Tori still broke my heart a bit, I also wish Charlie would have just invited her to come with him in the first place. I love that Tori met someone! And that she gets a snowflake, it fits her, with her being a bit distant and "cold" or at least not easy to approach.
