I love the ending because it started with the public school ( where Samuel, Nadia, Christian etc transferred from ) and ended with the same public school but in reverse hahaha. It felt like a full circle

2024-09-20 13:18:41 +0000 UTCIt was just a weird scene. Not exactly sure what their reasoning was since Isa is not exactly explaining it to the audience lol. But Ivan expressed that he is worried and didn´t like the plan, Isa goes and gets champagne, then she pulled out drugs, looks up to see Ivan is not looking at her and puts the drugs in one of the glasses. Next thing we see is Ivan downing his glass, and then he is out of it and hallucinates Joel. I guess she did it to prevent him from talking her out of it? But it just, once again, doesn´t feel like Isa. And it´s also just reckless and stupid to create a situation where no one can intervene if something goes wrong.

I'm even more annoyed now because she would never do something like that, especially to a friend, and especially to someone like Ivan after everything he has been through. I also didn't realize the San Esteban connection, I love that! After everything that has happened Las Encinas was the one to truly collapse at the end. Now that it's over I feel like I need to do a rewatch of the earlier seasons to remember the greatness lol

What was Luis going to do about it?`Shoot him in front of all of the police? Oh and how they found him, I assume he took his police car? Which got a tracker, so they knew he was at the club? Isa drugging Ivan so he can´t help her because he was against the plan and Isa because of that being assaulted by Luis was stupid. Chloe leaving felt so awkward and pointless, like I just don´t care about her and Eric´s romance. The last scene is ridiculous but cute. Since it´s a full circle moment. San Esteban or whatever the school´s name was is Samu, Nadia and Christian´s old school, the one that partially collapsed and caused them to go Las Encinas. But even if they made fun of themselves, it still felt kinda awkward. I don´t think they would be THAT much "fish out of the water" at a public school, like they all have "normal" working class friends, like most of them knew Cayetana, and Omar. Overall my season ranking would probably be something like that 3 (would have been a great end for the show) 1 (really well developed first mystery) 2 (not quite as high stakes as 1 and 3 since no murder) 6 (looove Isa´s development after the SA and Didac´s introduction) 7 (I enjoy the whole thing between Isa and Didac´s family and their romeo and juliet kinda relationship, even if I don´t like that it didn´t work out) 5 (it´s messy, but I mostly enjoy it for Isa and Ivan´s introduction, even if Isa sucked for a majority of this season) 8 (we went over it enough already) 4 ( the 3 siblings are annoying, they ruined Samu and Guzman´s friendship, they broke up all couples to throw the old characters at the new ones and nothing in this season worked well)
