That is such a great point! I have 2 people very close to me that use to get them a lot, both male, and they were in denial of what was happening for so long because they didn't want to look weak. It's so frustrating and heart breaking.

2024-09-16 17:58:27 +0000 UTCThis show is so human. Panic attacks suck I use to have them everyday now not so often. And I can understand especially them being men not wanting to seek help they tell boys "boys don't cry" or "be a man" and tell them to get over it.
