I really enjoy Gloria´s story. Yeah it is awful what she has done, like just think about all the people she indirectly killed by not helping them. But I still feel bad for her, she just broke. And I also feel like someone definitely should have mandated for her to have therapy after the divorce. They mentioned they have ressources specifically for dispatchers, and that was definitely very necessary for Gloria. And the end with Maddie saving her and Gloria realizing that she didn´t give up on her, Maddie is just awesome.
