Nowadays i am practicing most of ancient mantras along with meditation sessions, and i can say that it definitely doing something to me, the positive changes are marvelous. As an energy field creator it improving my focus and creativity. I think i will work more on the energy based mantra fields. What you thing about it..? Lets see.
