Rebecca´s turnaround felt very sudden, especially since the last time we saw her she gleefully fantasized about eating the babies of her sisters. The girls Aidan fed on a few episodes ago were humans, vampires just have those places with human to feed on. Aidan mentioned that feeding on other vampires isn´t really effective. It´s barely better than blood bags. Ray teaching Josh was helpful, but honestly, he was a massive red flag from the very beginning, like... come on, he stalked Josh to an extend that he knew his name when they first met. I think he really just looked for other wolves, Aidan being there probably just annoyed him.
