Yupi and Pouf didnt poison him. That timer had already started the second Netero used that Rose. Even if Pouf and Yupi hadn't healed him he wouldve eventually recovered from that just to die from the radiation anyway. Pouf and Yupi killed THEMSELVES from being around him, he was the one that poisoned them, not the otherway around. So yeah Netero won that fight
