"He knows the computer better than she does." No Root understands the Machine so much better than Harold ever has. Harold's distrust of the machine and inability to listen to Root's advice is pretty much the source of every single bad thing that happened in this show, and what eventually let to Root's fate. Root was never wrong. It's frustrating that you are still biased in Harold's favor even though the show showed time after time that Root is the voice of reason.
