You already seen how strong Mihawk is and when he pulled up Shanks casually asks the man did you come to fight me? and then they share a drink. Also you just learned Gold Roger was born in East Blue. So King of the pirates originated from East Blue. Few episodes back Mihawk said East Blue was the weakest of the four seas. After learning all these things ss it really the weakest?
