While the boys are fluent in Korean, English, ASL, KSL, and ISL- English is not their first language so I think they're still working out the kinks of lyric writing. This mini album is themed around optimism and following your dreams. A lot of times hearing people look at Deaf people and only see the challenges, or even pity them. They wanted their first album to show that they are happy and optimistic as Deaf people and that everyone should live life that way. Before becoming idols one of them was an audiologist, one was a computer engineer, and one was a competitive skier. One of the guys went to the same college as RM from BTS and had the goal of donating to the music school just like RM did. They debuted in April and he was able to make a donation by September. The company they're signed with specializes in supporting disabled artists. The fandom is called PADO which means Wave in Korean. They have also said they like the idea of gaining more members in the future, but they do want to make sure every member is HoH.

I think I'd give it a 9.5, just because it feels like it might be missing something at times. However, it being my first listen, it may just be that it was different. I'm the one with implanted hearing aids and I was a singer for many years. You can think of learning to sing same way as learning to dance. Moving the muscles of the throat mouth face and tounge will make the sound. It can be a natural open mouth and sing process or a very technical process, still fun to learn and do. Same as dancers can dance blindfolded by feel singers like them and me can sing by feel. It's trippy to finally have someone to explain this to who is taking the time to consider what this is like. Thank you for putting in the time for this. Your hitting me right in the soul. I needed that. ('you can't sing deaf or not' had me rolling 🤣🤣🤣) Love you so much boys. I feel like a damn stalker on your shit, lol. I agree. This song was better than the last. I'm into harder sounds (stray kids def appeal to feeling the music) I'd give this an 8!

2025-01-23 20:03:44 +0000 UTCThis song was definitely better than Flow. I would give it 8.5. Room for improvement. As far as lyrics, I wonder if certain vocal sounds are more challenging for them because of hearing issues. They may write lyrics based on what sounds clearer to them and others.
