Like they did when they got caught with the drugs, they always find a way out of it and so the school doesn't care. However, now that it's out in the media it's a problem because they looks like they're neglectic the kids, which they are! It's just noone outside of the school ever knew it lol

First of all, being a Queen is stressful, and then consider that her oldest son died and THEN all that drama happened, so I understand that it´s hard on her, but she is kinda not really "there" enough for Wille. Schools implementing super strict rules always feels counterproductive, like... yeah the hazing stuff is BAD. But turning the school into a semi-prison doesn´t solve the root of the problem, like they allowed this system to evolve and allowed the 3rd years to get into their superiority power trip fantasies. If they supervised them better (without necessarily confiscating phones etc) none of that would have happened. Like, you can´t convince me no one EVER noticed those parties. Drunk and/or drugged up teenagers usually aren´t very subtle. But I guess when they got caught they just picked a scapegoat and that´s that.
