Yes, I totally agree! It's the true love that everyone has for her, even horrible crumby Uther lol that really makes me frustrated with Morgana. I liked Elyan, I hope we see him again.

2024-01-15 22:53:50 +0000 UTCMorgana does those smirks A LOT. Like, in the season premiere for season 3 she basically did that in every scene she was in. I guess they needed to remind us that she is evil because it´s so sudden lol. I wish they would have given Morgana a proper answer when Merlin questioned why she is betraying Arthur and Gwen, instead of just "It doesn´t concern you" because it would be so interesting to hear a proper justification or explanation for that. We went over this basically every episode of season 3, but while she officially is "just evil" now I choose to believe that she is under a spell or something. I´ll always enjoy the first 2 seasons because she was good back then but I guess it is what it is now. I can´t wait for everyone else to find out she is evil though. I think the genuine care Arthur and Gwen have for her, and to some extend even Uther really loves her, is what bothers me the most about evil Morgana. They didn´t go into too much detail but from how I understand it Elyan is kinda just doing his thing, going whereever he wants and being a bit carefree and probably getting into trouble often. And thats how they lost contact.
