Take to the skies with Flying Squirrel Luigi from the Mario Bros. universe, now in a detailed 3D print model! Decked out in his signature green with a flying squirrel twist, Luigi’s ready to heroically glide—or maybe just avoid hitting a Goomba midair. Perfect for display or as a collectible, this model brings a touch of whimsy and a whole lot of “Wahoo!” to your 3D printing projects!

Dimensions:

• Squirrel Luigi stands just about 7.25 inches (184mm) tall at 100% scale witht the ice, and 4.6in (116mm) wide, scaling the model up or down shouldnt pose much issues.

Colors Used:

• Elegoo: Beige, Yellow, Matte White, Matte Beige (face)

• Elegoo PLA Pro: Green

• Bambu Basic: Blue, Black

• Overture PLA Pro: Chocolate

• Sunlu High Speed: Grey

   

Printing Tips:

• Supports: Please refer to the print settings picture.

Assembly Tips:

• When attaching the head to the hat, insert the back hair first, then snap in the face.

• Pay attention to the orientation of the hands. The knuckles should be facing up.

Assembly Steps:

Building the Body:

• Attach the shoes to the legs.

• Insert the yellow buttons.

• Attach the beige inner cape to the grey outter cape. Make sure to firmly press in.

• Attach the hands to the arms with the pins. The knuckles face up.

• Glue on the chest grey piece to the body.

• Attach the arms to the body, then glue on the cape to the body.

• Insert the neck pin to the body.

Building the Head:

• Snap in the mustache to face with the flat edge facing out.

• Build the eyes, then insert them.

• Attach the eyebrows first before attaching the hat.

• Press in the back hair piece to the hat first, then snap in the face. Use glue for a secure fit.

• Glue the beige inner ear pieces to the grey parts, then insert them into the hat.

• Glue on the left and right hair pieces.

• Glue on the beige visor to the hat.

• Finall attach the head to the body via the pin.
