2023-08-14 10:38:26 +0000 UTCI feel like there is some much room for a movie tie in. even if it is just the set up for the next semester. They could go over finding Mack's replacement, or how Gina is going to juggle a movie that isn't literally also the place she goes to school at. Also with Maddox being offered the official PA position, that's like a 'real adult job' where she would be helping direct people who aren't already used to listening to her. Like a lot of the success of the movie banked on most of the characters being Theatrical actors where you only get one take, so you have to be very attentive to the stagehands helping you.

2023-08-12 18:50:11 +0000 UTCI have cried so much more for this series finale than I thought I would've. I didn't know how connected I was to this amazing cast of actors. Between their beautiful singing voices and their incredible acting, I don't know if I've ever loved a show quite like this before. Also seeing Ashlyn and Maddox finally become a couple was such a powerful moment. These actors have all come such a long way since season 1 and I'm glad I got to come along for the journey. It's like the HSM movies all over again. But as we all know Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat.

2023-08-10 21:11:30 +0000 UTCTears, tears and more tears. Gina's speech took me out, that was definitely Sofia being in character but at the same time saying goodbye to her cast mates. Rina is now at the top of the list when it comes to disney ships or even teen drama ships. I'm in desperate need of a rina spinoff or a followup movie. This show has launched so many of their careers I can't wait to see where they all go especially Josh, Sofia, and Dara who I can see going extremely far in entertainment. I'm going to miss this show so freaking much 😭😭

2023-08-10 15:29:34 +0000 UTCIt feels so weird that this is over. It feels like they were setting things up for another season, like Mack giving up the part, and seemingly Ricky taking over. And Emmy and Dani wanting to be there for the next musical. It´s similar to HSM3 kinda setting up more to be, but never following up on it. I don´t want this to be it! I´m being a bit delusional and rooting for a college spin off, it would technically be a new show, so the "final season" wouldn´t be a lie. And characters like Jet and Maddox feel like they didn´t have enough room to grow, Ashlyn and Maddox are a thing now, but we don´t really get to see them as a couple. EJ possibly becoming a teacher etc. Someone involved in this show must hate Matt Cornett/EJ. He always gets the worst make up, looking at Gaston and now Coach Bolton, the way they ruined him in season 3, and that the camera always looks around before settling on EJ, like in Gina´s speech. I kinda hate the Antoine/Andy cameo. I mean I love Andrew Barth Feldman. But it felt so cheap to quickly give Big Red a new love interest, also I don´t feel any chemistry between those two characters. The tag in the hat killed me! It´s so cheesy but I loved it. And I have no idea how any of them managed to hold it together and not just bawl through this final post credit scene. That scene alone would convince me as an executive to give this cast as many seasons as they want.

2023-08-10 08:10:55 +0000 UTCi dont think i have ever cried this much watching a series finale. i cried so hard during ginas speech, i cried again with rickys song, i cried AGAIN with born to be brave, and then again with the post credits. truly a perfect finale
