People were theorizing back in season 3 that something happened between Red and Seb, since they were the only ones left in Salt Lake, and something had to trigger his realization that he is bi. Of course it sucks, but personally, I think a single kiss is obviously still bad but atleast it´s not a full blown affair. And while I like the growth for Red and Ashlyn. I´m still sad to see them break up. I loved their relationship! They were so cute in season 1 and 2. And then they just stopped using Big Red at all. I hate Gina´s mom so much! And she is such a bad influence! Gina was trying so hard to be there for the rehearsal, but then her mom shows up and she completely changes tune because she doesn´t want to disappoint her. As someone who ships EJ and Ricky, this episode was EVERYTHING! This duet was so good! They sound so good together! And their dynamic with each other, and their parallels with difficult parental issues. Ahhh I love them together. I think I need to start writing about them again lol.
