Just a couple of drafts and alternate versions saved from these recent pages~

Some linework I follow when drafting characters. It always starts the same; a circle for the head, and a cross for the direction they're looking in. It's a lot of fiddling from there to get the final result.
A minor "spot the different" example. For a while a spotlight shone down on Aliza and Flowey during their reunion, but something felt melodramatic about it, so it was switched.
So this took me a while to decide on. On this shot I drew Flowey extending himself from his newfound "vessel", mostly just to fill in space in the panel. But the timing didn't feel right. Seeing him reach out from this corpse like that is visually alarming, so it should be saved for another time.
A quick comparison between draft and final. It's not uncommon for my cleaned lineart to still be full of mistakes, like having lopsided features as seen here. It takes a lot of re-drawing before reaching the final look.
