More shows like these are needed because yes, while it can be very triggering, they also help people who don't understand it to see a different side of things. I always loved that “it’s like coming back to the scene of a crime” quote too. It’s a very interesting perspective I’d never heard.

2023-06-23 02:21:05 +0000 UTCAs a plus size person my whole life, who also has a looong history with binge eating, I was really nervous about watching this show because it's always hard to see your struggles and inner demons portrayed on tv and it can be very triggering. With that being said, I felt this show does a great job at accurately displaying the struggles but also being entertaining and funny. Thanks for the reaction Jessie, I really appreciated the open conversation at the end. Not everyone understands. <3
