Yes!! The acting from everyone in this show is so spot on and the chemistry is incredible.

2023-06-22 16:03:40 +0000 UTCone of the things i love most about this show but especially this episode is that nick may be confused about his sexuality but he never once takes it out on charlie or pushes him away. that’s such a common trope in coming out stories but nick does the opposite. he just wants to spend more time with charlie. he doesn’t fear or resent his feelings at all. also comic nick definitely curses harry out. he also did with ben in the pilot. show nick is a lot more calm about it but comic nick is always cursing and he gets a lot more angry while still being his golden retriever self. i actually would have loved seeing it play out that way but i do love just how simple this nick puts it too. he doesn’t need to make a scene to get his point across. the tara/darcy kiss is one of my favorite moments of the entire season. it’s shot so beautifully and the way it inspires nick to take a chance with charlie makes me so happy. i’m always so impressed with the acting in the first kiss scene. the way you can feel everything nick and charlie are feeling. it’s written all over their faces. you can sense the tension and the anticipation and the nerves. it’s palpable. bravo to kit and joe for their performances.
