2023-06-06 16:24:20 +0000 UTCbusy day so i’m late watching these but i’m so excited to get 3 today. also ot but i loooove your heartstopper sweater!!! you got to be on a float at pride?! that’s so cool. it looks like you had the most amazing day! i’m obsessed with the lindsay’s grandmother being a lesbian story! like i could not get enough of these letters. times really were so different back then and it’s so depressing to truly think about. people had to stay married to people they didn’t love for 50 years and just make do and nothing could be sadder. they could only ever be themselves in these brief moments. and grandma faye dying before getting that final letter? it’s just so painful. i’m also glad it got mel and linds to stop fighting. i swear the characters on this show always get so dirty when they fight. like there are some low blows thrown and maybe it’s just them being honest but it’s like yikes let’s not. emmett and george are such an unexpected relationship but they have so much fun together and it’s so sweet and i really do love this for them. emmett deserves happiness. and him telling off his ex-wife was iconic. ben continues to be the best! the way he listens to michael and tries to help in any way he can. he is right though, most people are trying to just keep on living because it’s scary to think about the possibilities. for brian though i think he genuinely is that reckless because he doesn’t care about his own life. also justin being upset he doesn’t know the guy’s name when they have a no names or numbers exchanged rule is ironic. they may need to amend that one a bit. it does suck that brian refuses to be serious and talk about these things going on around them. being open and vulnerable is still so hard for him to do. definitely something he needs to work on. their relationship really is a rollercoaster most the time but especially right now. i don’t mind the ups and downs though, it’s fun to watch how things evolve as they grow and change. this is new to both of them and i like to watch them adapt. i think your reading of them right now is pretty accurate and it does feel like they are slowly barreling towards some sort of collision. excited to watch you watch it all play out.
