I get why Merlin stopped it, even though Uther sucks it could have been a burden on Arthur to kill his own father, but I would have loved if this was the end of Uther. Morgause is cool! But I guess we don´t know if she has good intentions, just because she called out Uther´s lies. She could have wanted Uther dead to fall into the kingdom and take over herself. And while she is right about Uther, she could still be just as bad.
