so, Think I should explain the powers a bit more when concerning cleo... her power is to manipulate water... so when she moved the fire hydrant cap she was moving the water inside the fire hydrant to push the cap around... Emma can freeze the water into Ice and at this point in time we do not know what Riki can do!

Cleo played a character named Hayley who wasn't introduced until season 4. Both of them were main characters in the spin off series The Originals as well. Hayley was a much larger role in The Originals than in The Vampire Diaries.

It's not that I didn't like it, it was just one of those shows that I started late and then binged like crazy and after I took a break I never went back to it lol

The one thing I remember from it is that it gave me some light Charmed vibes. 3 girls, powers etc. By the way 2 of girls, Emma and Chloe, went on to become vampires and werewolves and major characters in Vampire Diaries. I think Chloe opening the hydrant is just kinda an oversight? Or maybe since she can create water out of nothing the added pressure within just made the lid turn and the water burst out of it.
