It really was interesting to see Georgia thrown off like that!

Very true, which wasn't even really a question and more just thinking out loud.

i’m so late today but i finally got to watch!
that ending scene always makes me cry too. it’s just so intense and the emotion guts me.
max definitely needed that kinda harsh reality check from sophie. like she needs to move on. she’s been obsessing for weeks. it’s really not healthy.
that georgia/joe moment made me melt. joe is such a good person and that hug was the cutest.
georgia’s nervous rambling at meeting simone was hilarious. it’s funny yet strange to see georgia out of her element and being so awkward.
“i hope they sanitized everything after. this is why i don’t like to eat out. i don’t know who’s banging on my meatloaf.” lmao i cackled
omg that scene of austin finding the gun stressed me out too. i was so sure it was gonna go off when he dropped it.
marcus’ gift really was the sweetest thing. “i wanted the outside to be worthy of the inside” <3 and yes him and austin painting ginny’s gifts together is just the cutest!

So there’s actually hints in every flashback with Gil about the person he is. Think about how he approaches all of those sweet things.
First date. Georgia asks him to wait in the car and she’ll come out….. he ignored that request (boundary) and goes to her apartment door.
He hears Ginny inside and just lets himself in, totally uninvited, he even kind of pushes Georgia to the side to get in.
He starts rifling through her drawers for menus. He explains why and we all go “awww” but can you imagine actually doing that yourself? On a first date? Pushing past someone to go into their house, just opening drawers and going through their stuff and announcing the new plans. The only question he asked in that whole exchange was the “where is it, everyone has that drawer, where is yours”
