I feel like Brian didn't actually care about the circumcision itself though, it seemed like he only reason he said that was because he wanted to start trouble, because if he felt that strongly about it I think he would've said something sooner. Unless he's just starting to get use to actually having to care about these kinds of things and it clicked for him last minute lol

2023-03-05 02:46:39 +0000 UTCI think Lindsay and Brian mentioned in the first episode, shortly before they kissed that they slept with each other at some point, probably before Brian was fully out? So that´s maybe partially why they are so close. And Brian was definitely a donor. He mentioned to Justin that he shot in a cup etc. I think Lindsay wants to involve him because they are close friends. That being said, totally on Brian´s side in regards to the circumcision. I´m very against altering a babies body for religious reasons. Atleast in christianity the baptism is just a little water on a babies head. It doesn´t do something permanently with the baby. Although even that I would ideally just skip and let the child decide on their own when they are old enough. But especially circumcision. Just don´t do that! You can raise your son jewish anyway, and if they want to the child can decide to do that later on their own. I know a baby doesn´t recall it but just imagining being fully conscious while THAT is being done just... ahh it hurts me. Brian is a jerk, but an intriguing jerk. I really want to know more about his background. He doesn´t believe in love, he mentioned to Mike that basically all straight people hate "us" etc. So where is all that coming from? I hate how he plays with Mike. But I´m still kinda rooting for him to get his shit together, become a better person and find happiness. Even if he doesn´t believe that love exist. I want him to be proven wrong. Justin is cute, it´s a bit concerning how insistent he is on following Brian around, but he has a crush and I feel bad for him. Since the show doesn´t seem to make a huge deal out of it, atleast no one has even brought up any legal issues, I don´t think the age gap is thaaat bad. Yeah he is still a minor at the moment and it´s a bit weird. But in general from my experience ~10 years doesn´t seem to be as much of a big deal within "gay culture" So I think beyond the "babysitting" jokes surrounding Justin they won´t treat the age gap as an issue. Poor Ted! I´m going to assume that he is alive, just because we haven´t explored his character enough and I refuse to believe they would kill him off in episode 3. Atleast the guy genuinely liked him? Even if he panicked and left him there.
