Twitter permanently suspended me

For those of you who follow me on twitter, well, I've been permanently suspended on there just when I was building a lot of momentum. Why? Apparently a bikini photo and a lace top photo, neither of which showed any nudity or were even sexually suggestive, broke their rule against adult content in profile/header photos.

I don't believe I was breaking the rules. The photos were tame compared to what I've seen on dozens of other well-established profiles. How are we supposed to know what is and is not allowed when others can show implied nudity and sexual acts while I can't even portray a lacey top (that didn't show anything)?

It's so frustrating. I don't know why I was targeted, but it feels intentional. Regardless, I'm off of twitter possibly forever. I've filed an appeal but I don't have high hopes. I'm not even allowed to start a new account.

I'm super bummed about it. I love twitter. It just has so much energy. If anyone is familiar with navigating twitter appeals or how to get an account unsuspended, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll just have to focus on Reddit, which is really the only other major social media site that supports adult content.

And don't worry, this little hiccup isn't going to stop me from producing great content for you all. I'm feeling a little discouraged today, but I'll get through it. I'll be dropping another full video on here tomorrow or Monday for you all!
