I think I tend to single Mencia out because well 1 I hate her at this point lol and 2 she is the only one who significantly continues to hurt other people and then plays the ultimate victim. You are right though, they def all need therapy and with the money they have they should seek it out fast. In regards to the Beni situation I don't think he expected Patrick to do a 180, he gave him a chance to see which direction he would go in and when Patrick chose Beni was out. He could have just said sorry this won't work out, which is probably what I would have done out of respect, but he also barley knew anything about Patrick and what he did know was that he clearly was going through a hell of a lot of trauma while self medicating. Sometimes it's best and healthier to just walk away from those situations before you get too emotionally involved, so I think that's what he did. There are def a lot of situations that I wish I walked away from when I saw Red Flags instead of getting involved further like I did. I'm very interested in Patrick now too. I feel like they gave us a better look at what was going on inside his head instead of just painting him as the drug loving party boy like they did in season 4.

You mentioned that Mencia needs therapy. But they all need it. Mencia for obvious reasons. Patrick because he is distracting himself with drugs and meaningless relationships, even though as he stated himself he clearly craves something more. And Ari because she feels like she needs to hold everything together, and crumbles a bit under the pressure. And Benjamin could use it too, since he is clearly not prepared to deal with all that and comes off as really demanding and at times cold towards his children. They are all screwed up. I don´t know how to feel about the situation with Beni. He isn´t obligated to keep up with the shit Patrick is going through. But at the same time, he clearly saw that Patrick was getting fucked up at the party. And I think it´s kinda unreasonable to expect him to do a 180 while he is already super high. And having a freakout at that point feels "normal" Like, ok this didn´t have to go anywhere further. But he could have let Patrick atleast text him and then tell him this isn´t going to work out, instead of just blocking him. I don´t know, to me that still felt a bit like a dick move. I am so interested what they will do with Patrick. I felt so bad for him during this, and I really hope he can change his life and find someone significant that will make him happy.
