2023-02-06 14:12:05 +0000 UTCI actually never looked into who played Mordred. But you are right! It´s Asa Butterfield. Who also plays the main character in Sex Ed. Neat to see him in one of his early roles. Don´t worry about knowing exactly who Mordred is. Even in legends it´s not quite clear depending on what version you look at. For example sometimes he is directly related to Arthur, which doesn´t seem to be the case here. And since Merlin also isn´t an old man with long white beard the show is doing it´s own interpretation anyway. I´m kinda surprised how hard Uther was on Morgana. I thought he would be more lenient with her. Although I guess you could attribute him not executing her immediately as being lenient. I love when all of them, as in Merlin, Arthur, Gwen and Morgana, work together. They are a good team. Also this kinda confirmed that Morgana has some magic I think? Or atleast she was able to hear Mordred, while Gwen didn´t.
