Cirilla to Ciri is just her nickname. Same as people calling Yennefer - Yen ;). Princess Adda that was a monster in this episode is a fully different character in another kingdom :) Yes the 'bear no more' line to Yen was meant to refer to childbearing. We will see how that pays off for her in the future. 1x04 will offer some fun anwsers and pose even more questions :) Hope you continue to enjoy the series.
