A question about the new credits
Added 2024-05-22 08:29:29 +0000 UTCHi folks! Yesterday's video had a new style of credits. Essentially, there's a panel on the left with the Credits Crew patreon tier members while I do the usual "chatting about channel stuff/thanks/merch/other link" etc.
The reason I've done this is that the last 20 seconds of my videos (traditionally where the credits were) have a massive drop-off of viewers. YouTube apparently now cares a LOT about how many people are still watching at the very end of a video. About 60% of people who click on one of my videos are still watching at the point the credits usually start, but only about 15% get to the very end.
Here's my question: How would you like the Credits Crew list to be organised?
I've always organised the credits by who has been a member the longest, so people who have been supporting me for AAAGES are right at the start, and new sign-ups are at the end.
I've had a few people message me saying they can't find their names because it's not organised alphabetically.
