Can I go from 3d printing "idiot" to "expert" in just 1 day?

My pal Ross from the channel Fauxhammer came down to Colchester to help me finally get my head around 3d printing. My experience in the past has been... ummm.. AWFUL, so it's going to be a challenge for him!
I also go into quite a lot of detail about the safety, practicality, and difficulty of 3d printing as a hobby too, just in case you were thinking about getting into it! Hopefully this will be able to give you a level of realistic expectation that a lot of "influencers" don't show you, because it's quite a boring, and serious topic.

Interesting, I've been considering one of the really cheap ones that just seem to melt garden strimmer cable to build 3D. Would be good to get your take on those too

Out of interest, what is the current situation regarding the studio? Appreciate it may be none of my business or I may have missed something, but it seemed like the hired one made sense, and I'm just wondering about the shift and whether it's permanent or indeed temporary/transitional?
