Dear Games Workshop

It's a sort of "open letter" to Games Workshop, but focusing on the sad news that recently did the rounds of how many GW staff members are comparatively underpaid for the work they do. I share my own personal experiences in a similar situation in a different industry in the video. It's very frank and honest, but I also need your help.
The title will be "Dear Games Workshop", but I was wondering what text to put in the thumbnail. Could you choose which little phrase you think is most striking, and would grab your attention best?
