Update for Patreon tiers

At the end of this month, we're going to be updating our Patreon tiers slightly. Well, obviously the first update is that there's going to be more than one. Crazy, I know.
Going forward, this is how the tiers are going to work:
Existing tier (Hobby heroes) $2 a month
- a shoutout in a video when you first join
- get notified first about all merch releases (we have some planned!)
- access to the Midwinter Minis Discord server
NEW TIER: $5 per month
- everything in the previous tier
- your name in the credits of every video
The reason we've had to do this is a positive one, we're just about to hit the tipping point where the current structure of the end credits will have to change because there are too many names to list. What a terrible problem to have, eh? Haha. We don't want to have to cram in so many names so fast they become unreadable, so we're introducing a dedicated "name in credits" tier. This way, people who care about that sort of thing will definitely have their time to shine at the end of every video!
The Hobby Heroes tier will remain $2 a month, with the added bonus of also getting advanced preorder notification of upcoming merch!
