Yes… but they’re more so referring to the mental turmoil of being trapped at work and ONLY experiencing that work life. If every time you wake up it’s just work, work, work… but you’re aware that there’s some other life to be had out there that you’ll never get to experience because you’re essentially just a work slave… you’d begin to feel trapped or a sense of longing for anything else. That indeed would cause stress.

If the body is rested outside work, the work self will be able to work endlessly, because every time he will enter the elevator, there will be an energy shift, and receive the benefits of a rested mind and body. it's crazy!
