We know some of the OGs turned 18 in their last year of high school (Ander was 18 when he got the cancer diagnosis, we know that Lu must've turned 18 around graduation, because her dad said he'd kick her out as soon as she turned 18). This is the beginning of the school year and it's the last one for Mencia, Ari and Patrick, BUT Mencia said she skipped a grade, that's why she's in the same class as her older siblings. So she should be turning 17 this school year - and she should definitely not be doing this. (It's also the last school year for our OGs of course, but they're on their second go-around, haha. So Rebe is about 2 years older than Mencia.) Also she was pulling down her sleeves at dinner because she had marks from the handcuffs on her wrists. What Mencia is doing to Rebe is definitely not fair. But what her family is doing is pretty awful too. They were apparently kind of ignoring Mencia even before the accident, didn't realize she was even gone the whole day. And then since the accident they treat her like it was her fault. She was a kid! She lost her mom, too, but her dad acts like he doesn't like her and Ari and Patrick look at her as the problem child, too. Which she is, but it's a vicious circle- she doesn't feel like she belongs in that family so she acts out and rebels, which makes her father even angrier and her siblings even more annoyed so they treat her even worse so she... That accident that killed their mom f*cked them all up in different ways and they obviously never did family therapy, which is a shame. Hate Phillipe, too. He's letting Caye do the whole "we would've never worked because I'm just the little janitor and you're a prince"-thing, he tried to turn the situation around on her last episode... No. Caye, you're 10,000 times better than this jerk. It's not about higher status or whatever- you've turned into a good person after everything that happened last year and this dude, prince or not, is a piece of sh*t. You're not clear on the Omar/Ander/Patrick of it all because it's so chaotic, just an annoying back and forth 🙄 And what the writers did to Guzman's character is a travesty. Where is that coming from? Doesn't make sense IMO.

2022-12-27 13:11:34 +0000 UTCIn one of the first episodes Patrick and Omar had that chat at the bar about meeting someone special, and how it feels like time freezes for a second. And then we had a moment with Omar looking at Patrick for a long moment. So I kinda think they are trying to imply that Patrick and Omar match better than Omar and Ander. And since Ander really annoys me I would be ok if they go there. I´m not sure if the story about the car accident is 100% accurate yet. The way they emphasized that Benjamin shouldn´t drive I almost feel like he was involved in that accident too and might be directly responsible for the accident, he just got lucky while the mom and Patrick got killed/injured. Mencia really, REALLY reminds me of Marina. Like, they are so alike! Rich priviliged little princess who tries to be a rebel and does whatever she wants, which causes trouble and pain for everyone around her.
