She just imagines what she could do with that, I guess? By the way, there is no season 2 yet, the episodes that are currently airing are still season 1, it´s just the 2nd half after they took a break for a few months. I really like how all of them worked together to get the thief. And it´s cute how the affirmation by the old lady reassurred Loid that this could work, even if they aren´t perfect. And that shirt is great!
