Yeah, Caye didn't give up the trophy because she wants to be able to control Polo. She likes that he needs her, and she likes having access to his money, and she wants to make sure none of that changes. The fact that we got basically nothing of Lu and Valerio after this episode until the finale still breaks my heart and makes me mad. I'm baffled that they just tossed them. Ugh.

She seemed like this ballsy smart badass, which she still is, but now we are seeing a more defeated timid side to her and it's making me feel like it's easier to play games when it's convenient for her and at the expense of someone else instead of when it's the right thing to do. I'm goign to be her cheering her on once she figures out how to take ehr father down 100% though lol

2022-09-22 15:51:18 +0000 UTCI still think you are a bit too hard on Carla. Sure it is a selfish decision. There is nothing that can justify protecting a murderer. But it´s her mom. And if she didn´t retract her statement both her mom and herself would have lost everything. She would have nothing, I mean, her mom would likely be in jail, they lose their house and money, Carla would be homeless and on the streets and her dad would definitely also not provide for her. So it´s partially also self preservation. But I get it, it´s a difficult situation to be in. Yes, Ander doesn´t have an STD. He and Polo also just jerked off together next to each other. So nothing really happened where he could have gotten anything from him. I love that Lu lost everything! And now that it´s not incestious anymore it´s really nice to see Lu and Valerio actually caring for each other, in a more healthy way.
