Aha, yes, god forbid the gay rubs off on the youth of this fine perfect world we live in. I wish I could glitter bomb all of them. I actually didn't catch the Courtney joke lol But with the amount of stuff they slip into kids shows over the years it doesn't surprise me!

2022-08-06 15:31:15 +0000 UTCThe representation is really nice. It´s never explicitly stated in the show, but Norma is also written to be autistic. The creator of the show, and the graphic novels it´s based on, is by the way also autistic and a gay guy. And you can probably imagine the outrage all this caused for certain people. Some politicians even advocated recently because of this show and some others that there should be "trigger warnings" for including LGBTQ themes, because... that´s sooo horrible and unsuitable for children. Urgh. Everyone can hear Pugsley by the way. They are just all really chill about it. I guess when you work at this park you are used to weird things happening. Courtney is fun, and I´m still surprised they were allowed to have the washing machine joke in a kids show. You know... the vibration of the machine was stimulating, and that´s why Courtney was disappointed when it stopped.
