He simply asked him to protect Chloe, and in exchange he would be a good son, do what God wants him to do etc. So when he breaks the deal God might not only stop protecting her, but actively decides to take her away. Also about the Mom/God conflict. They already kinda explained. God was busy creating humanity. Mom felt neglected and that he cared more about his creation than his family. She caused the biblical plagues to get back at him/get his attention. And eventually God just banished her to Hell. Also, you said God made Lucifer go to Hell to torture people, which is why your image of him isn´t great. Just as a reminder. God initially wanted to destroy Lucifer. In the end he was sent to Hell because Mom convinced him to do that instead. Atleast according to Mom that´s what happened. And destroying Lucifer definitely would have been even worse. So I don´t think God is a great parent. The actual case in this episode felt kinda secondary. The character moments, especially the girls night are the real highlight! The whole scene was so good. And I love that Ella gets acquainted with the others.

I am just so happy that you are loving Lucifer so much and that you once again have the time in your reacting schedule, that you want to continue with Lucifer every week. So, thank you! I am especially excited about this news, because while I love pretty much all of Lucifer seasons one through five, season two is absolutely my favorite season throughout this incredible overall. Especially because this season has the longest run of favorite episodes for me, all in a row... starting with episode five, which you will be reacting to next week, through episode sixteen.
