2022-04-08 13:28:44 +0000 UTCSewer guy didn´t use the hair yet, he gave it back because he wanted to hear it from Chuck herself, because he thought she would open up on her own, but then Chuck had the change of heart and he missed his chance. We saw already that Ned can revive people that died due to him. Since we had that episode about the corrupt funeral guys, one of which died due to Ned bringing Chuck back. So reviving Chuck´s dad for a minute would be possible, although definitely not sustainable for longer than the minute, since at this point he should be very decomposed. Also if he passed the minute it would definitely take another human and not a bird as exchange. We established the rules that something equal has to be traded. So animal vs animal, fruit vs flowers etc. and humans vs humans.
