Well as for technology not being allowed but those other guys having guns..... Well lets just say... like anyone with a brain knows and has said "Even if the US banned guns entirely, thats not gonna stop the bad guys or anyone who REALLY wants one from getting one. If anything thats just gonna make it easier for the bad people to hurt/kill the good people who DO follow the rules/law"
