I'm a giant music nerd, so I always love the music-related videos best, but I enjoyed your takes on the Oscars for sure. I think, as someone else said further up, that major televised awards ceremonies are obsolete. I especially feel this way about the Grammys. I think there is a finite pool of attention a society can give to artists, and I really don't feel as though the major artists need any more of that attention than they already have, especially when there are gazillions of wildly talented independent acts who will never receive what they deserve.

Although I’ve never actually sat down and watched the Oscar’s live. I just check the results the next day, maybe it’s my young need to be constantly stimulated brain but yeh I just don’t think it does enough to keep me awake. But I do like your lil summary video on it cause it allows me to catch up on who won what and what. Thanks!
