But yeah, back to this video—5 years ago, I saw a trailer for Bill Burr’s Comedy Special “Paper Tiger” and thought, wait, is this satire? Not trying to dunk on Bill Burr (he’s great), but something about the way it was edited felt unintentionally funny. Stand-up trailers are weird, right? You can’t spoil the punchlines, so you just get this schizo edit of buzzwords and half-thoughts. So I had to make my own.
This was a blast to make, and honestly, my girlfriend wrote half the jokes. (Credit where it’s due!) Would yall wanna see a full Brad Duddmen stand-up special? Maybe even a live event?? Let me know!
