I mean honestly I would suggest just watching Tokyo ghoul season 1 only. That’s what most people do. It’s that good and getting the votes for a reason.

2025-03-13 01:43:55 +0000 UTCDo NOT watch Tokyo Ghoul... and its not because "they messed it up" I didnt read the manga so I had no problems with Season 2 and liked. it.. the problem was season THREE was unwatchable... it was so torturous I ONLY forced myself through all 12-13 episodes because "I already invested 2 seasons into this I might as well see how it ends"

2025-03-12 23:42:13 +0000 UTCThere are some great picks here. I'd suggest possibly adding Mob Psycho 100 in the future. It is by the same author as One Punch Man and many people actually prefer it. It is completed and a short watch as well. Seems like the type of show you two would enjoy.
