Patreon Tier Adjustments!

Rewards Added:
Finally stated that all Patreon Scales now have early access to my first Sketch Stream Slot. (It has been a reward but I never added it to the tiers haha)
Re-balanced the voting system.
- Blue Scales can now vote!
- Green Scales now have 2 votes!
- Magenta Scales now have 3 votes!
- Silver Scales now have 3 votes!
- Gold Scales now have 4 votes!
(Though please note, that if things seem unfair that I may adjust over time. Trying to
balance the voting system out is kinda tricky)
Added two new vote based tiers! (Pink/Purple Voting Scales)
Since a lot of my monthly drawing tiers have been taken up. I decided to make two more tiers. A 15$ one and a 25$ one. Both heavily based around influencing my monthly votings. Those voting tiers will have a more significant voting power over the rest of the tiers.
On top of that they will be allowed to add a sketch of their choice and add it to the monthly votings. Also they will be able to add characters of their choice to future Patreon Polls for characters to draw.
Removed Timelapses from rewards and added an extra vote in place of it.
Ill be honest I did not use the timelapse at all due to not finding an easy place to upload them and also paying up to 35$ for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier combined. Besides I think WIPs can do them justice, especially with the new WIPs I am planning to do.
Anyways thank you all for your support once more <3. This is now my full time job because of you all and your commissions. I couldn't do this without you guys. You all are making my dream come through one day at a time and I couldn't be happier. I hope to keep drawing for you for as long as I live, you all mean everything to me and I cannot express my appreciation to you all. Whether you are a $1 supporter or a high end supporter, you guys fund my day to day life and allow me to save up to eventually move out. So again thank you and I love every single one of you.
