Both Hands Full
Added 2020-03-20 12:17:32 +0000 UTCWalking home from a late shift, Mateo took a shortcut through the park, even though it was nearly 1am he knew it would be safe as he’d done it so many times before. Mateo was about ten feet from the gate inside the park before he heard shuffling behind him, causing him to look back. He could make out two figures in the darkness, two guys in baseball caps it looked like, highlighted by the dim park lights.
Mateo could hear the guys speed up which caused him to panic slightly, “was this the night he got mugged in the park he’s walked through so many times?” He thought to himself until the silhouetted men overtook him on the pathway. Mateo let out a brief sigh of relief and watched as the men started off into the distance until they almost disappeared.
Heart still racing, he noticed the two guys stop under a street lamp by a wooded area and turn to face him, Mateo wasn’t sure what was happening now as he sheepishly headed closer to them. One of the guys, slightly taller lit a cigarette, the brief blink of the lighter highlighting a handsome face with a fair amount of stubble, nothing cultivated but definitely present. The guy took the first toke of the cigarette and passed it to his buddy.
Mateo‘s mood changed as he noticed the guy look up at him and slide his hands into his joggers, nodding as he did so whist the other guy took a toke. This made Mateo speed up slightly, he noticed the guys bulge was clearly visible as he got closer......... (story continued in next tier)
