It has been several years since the end of the 3rd Great Ninja War, since Minato single handedly blitzed all opposing forces, and villages have basically abandoned most if not all war practices and dedicated their efforts to agriculture, medicine and other sciences. Armed with the will and ambition to strengthen the faltering Shinobi world, Raikage Ay takes matters into his own hands to unify all Nations under one rule, his rule. He intends to do this with whatever means necessary..
But before he can launch a full scale invasion on the Great Nations, the Raikage will need to secretly and strategically expand his territories, starting with the smaller villages/towns. Help him decide which one to start with!
